How long does U.S. delivery take?
Standard U.S. delivery takes 5-7 business days from order placement. Available delivery options and any updated estimate appear at checkout.
Can swimwear be returned or exchanged?
No. Swimwear is final sale for hygiene reasons, except where a remedy is legally required for damaged, defective or incorrect goods.
What is the return window for eligible items?
Eligible non-swim returns must be started within 14 days. Refunds have a 15% restocking fee. Exchanges and store credit do not have a restocking fee. See the refund policy for the complete rules.
Are any jewelry items final sale?
Custom or made-to-order jewelry and pierced earrings are final sale.
How do I choose a size?
Use the size options and any product-specific measurements shown on the product page. VERNA does not assume one universal chart across different product types. If measurements are not listed, contact us before ordering.
Where can I find material and care information?
Verified material and care information appears on the individual product page or the product's care label. We do not apply one material claim to the entire collection.
