What is the minimum and maximum purchase for Shop Pay?
To use Shop Pay Installments, your order subtotal must be equal to or greater than $50.00 and lower than $3,000.00 (after discounts applied).
What will I need to use Shop Pay?
In order to use Shop Pay Installments, you must:
- Live in the US
- Have a valid and verifiable mobile number
- Use a US credit or debit card to make a purchase
Are there fees associated with Shop Pay?
There are no additional charges, interest rates, or late fees. There is also no impact on your credit score.
If I return items from an order which I paid for with Shop Pay, will I receive a refund?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (for Shop Pay Installments, the card on your installment plan), less the 15% restocking fee that applies to monetary refunds. Exchanges and store credit carry no restocking fee. A refund does not automatically cancel your Shop Pay installments: when returning items by mail on a purchase made using Shop Pay, you will still need to complete your payments to Shop Pay, as VERNA processes returns and refunds separately.
