Product Guarantee

Every VERNA piece is covered by our Lifetime Warranty for as long as you own it, against manufacturing defects under normal everyday wear.

The Lifetime Warranty applies to orders placed directly through VERNA, inside and outside the United States, with no expiry.

The warranty covers one like-for-like replacement per product. A second claim on the same item is available at 50% of the original retail price, capped at a maximum of $99.00, valid for the lifetime of the piece. After a second claim on a given order number, further claims on that item are not available.

To file a claim, email customersupport@vernaworld.com with "Warranty Claim, [order number]" in the subject, plus clear photos of the issue and a short description.
